Common Questions
How long does it take?
It depends on the month. Some families send a short update and a few photos in 5–10 minutes. Others take their time and make it a quiet monthly ritual. Either way, we handle the design, printing, and mailing for you.
Do I need to write a long letter?
Not at all. Short and simple often means the most. A few everyday moments, small updates, or favorite memories are enough to create something meaningful they’ll keep forever.
How many photos can I include?
Each letter includes one keepsake photo page with up to 6 photos, along with your personalized monthly letter.
When are letters mailed?
Letters about the previous month are submitted by the 5th of each month. We prepare and mail them shortly after, with most arriving around the middle of the month.
For example:
Your May letter would typically arrive around mid-June.
Where do you ship?
At this time, Family Letter Club ships within the United States only.
What if I miss a month?
If you miss the monthly deadline, you can still submit your letter. It will simply be included in the following month's mailing. If you've missed multiple months and would like to catch up, just contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be canceled anytime through the customer portal link at the bottom of our emails. Cancellation stops future billing, and your service stays active through the end of your current billing period.
Your first mailed letter is covered by our First Letter Guarantee. If it is not what you expected, email [email protected] by the 15th of the month after your first letter is mailed to request a refund. For example, if your first letter is mailed in July, refund requests must be emailed by August 15.
Can I send letters to more than one recipient?
Multi-recipient mailing is coming soon. Soon you’ll be able to send the same monthly letter to multiple loved ones, like grandparents on both sides of the family.
What makes this different from sharing photos online?
Photos on phones and social media are often quickly forgotten. Family Letter Club turns your favorite moments into a printed keepsake your loved ones can hold onto, reread, and keep for years.
What if I’m not good at writing?
That’s completely okay. Family Letter Club is designed for real life — not perfect writing. Even a few heartfelt sentences can become something deeply meaningful to the people who receive it.
